Faraday Corridors: Flip. Reveal. Rotate. Rush. Activate the exit.
Faraday Corridors is a cerebral, minimalist grid-based tactical puzzle game. Guide one or several pawns through electric corridors, flip switches, rotate rooms, hold down pressure plates, collect every energy cell before reaching the exit. Sometimes there is no way back: a cell collapses for good once the last pawn steps off it.
Then do it again, as fast as you can. Rush Mode lets a pawn glide while you hold a direction, and every level hands out bronze, silver, gold and platinum medals, plus a place on the online Hall of Fame.
From the first corridors of Chapter I to the most extreme puzzles, the difficulty climbs gradually, and the grid stays readable all the way. Eight short tutorial levels sit right in front of the mechanic they teach.
Built for Steam Deck as much as for the desktop: the interface is redrawn at 1280x800 rather than upscaled, the game ships a native Linux build, and Steam Cloud carries a save from one to the other.
Short description
Faraday Corridors is a minimalist grid puzzle game where you flip switches and rotate cells with your pawns to activate the exit. Then you do it again, as fast as you can, chasing the best medal of every level.
One paragraph
Faraday Corridors is a cerebral, minimalist puzzle game about guiding one or several pawns through electric corridors. Flip switches, rotate rooms and coordinate your pawns to collect every energy cell before reaching the exit, then solve it again as fast as you can to chase the bronze, silver, gold and platinum medals. Its 50+ hand-made levels span six chapters of rising difficulty, with a level editor and Steam Workshop sharing, an online Hall of Fame, native Linux and Steam Deck builds, and 27 languages. Developed and self-published by Uralys Studio, a solo indie dev from Toulouse, France.
Faraday Corridors is developed by Christophe Dugne-Esquevin aka Uralys Studio, a solo indie dev from France. Before this, he worked as a freelance web architect for 15 years, and created many web and mobile games in his spare time.
He produced the soundtrack as well. Christophe worked with different bands and musical projects for 20 years, including Deafsound, Utopian Hedonism and Velvet Coffee, and today releases musical productions as Uralys.
